界面聚合与薄层复合纳滤膜
纳滤技术具有低能耗和高截留的特点,在海水淡化、污水处理、食品工程和制药等领域的重要性日益突显。性能优异的薄层复合纳滤膜是纳滤技术的核心。本课题以薄层复合纳滤膜制备过程中的表界面调控为主要研究对象。一方面对传统界面聚合方法进行改进,通过引入中间层调控界面聚合过程,优化纳滤皮层结构,实现高通量纳滤膜的制备。另一方面积极探索新型纳滤膜制备技术,利用贻贝仿生共沉积与自规范效应,制备有机无机复合、表面自清洁和孔径窄分布等特殊类型的纳滤膜。
